This year’s version of the An Acoustic Café Evening Tour features Pieta Brown, Carrie Rodriguez, and Kelly Joe Phelps. Each evening is hosted by Carrie Rodriguez who explains the evening and how it will flow. The order of artist appearances on stage changes every night at the whim of the artists and the promoters. Each act performs a solo set that may or may not include some musical or vocal help from the other acts… each night is a detour, an exploration. The constants are that the artists all enjoy themselves and each other, that they all play together for an encore at the end of the night, and that the audiences get an intimate, affordable, often amazing live experience featuring great solo artists collaborating live together. |
